    By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver of Claims, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk on behalf of myself, my family members, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

     

    I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Kimberley Nature Park Society (KNPS) and its representatives from any and all claims for injury, death, loss, or damage to person or property arising from my participation in any KNPS event or activity in 2026, including those caused by the negligence of KNPS or its representatives.

     

    I acknowledge the risks inherent in outdoor activities, including rough terrain, changing weather conditions, and encounters with domestic or wild animals, and I voluntarily assume all such risks in order to participate.

     

    I also grant permission to KNPS to photograph or record me during events and to use these images or recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including on its website and social media, without compensation.
