Hike on March 19: Trees & Shrubs in Winter with Laura Duncan

Meet at the Higgins Street entrance at 10:00 on March 19th for a 2-hour venture to Elbow Road to

learn how to use the field guide "Trees & Shrubs in Winter." The keys in the book will help to identify some of the trees and shrubs in the KNP.

Please bring your copy of "Trees & Shrubs in Winter" if you have one. Bring a magnifier and small ruler, pencil and notebook if you have them.

The route is easy and short, dress appropriately for the weather and bring a snack and

beverage. Families are encouraged to join us and well-behaved dogs are welcome.
